A. Practice consistently good dental hygiene habits and visit your dentist for a cleaning and exam at least twice a year. If you have trouble remembering to brush and/or floss your teeth, set yourself an alarm on your phone for the morning and evening when it’s time to take care of your teeth, or you can tape a note to the mirror in your bathroom with a quick reminder. Before you know it, you’ll be in the habit, and your teeth will thank you!
